Put OT Notes on your phone
A few taps and OT Notes gets its own icon — opening full screen, with no address bar, just like a normal app.
Open the site in Safari
Go to ot-notes-omega.vercel.app. It has to be Safari — Chrome and in-app browsers (from a text or email) don’t offer this.
If you’re reading this in another browser, copy the link into Safari first.
Safari's bar sits at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Share button
It’s the square with an arrow pointing up, in that same bottom bar. Not the plus, not the tabs — the arrow.
This one — the Share button.
Scroll down to “Add to Home Screen”
The share sheet slides up. Swipe past Copy, Add to Favorites and Find on Page until you see it, then tap.
Tap Add
Top right corner. The name underneath is what shows on your home screen — OT Notes is already filled in, so you can leave it alone.
ot-notes-omega.vercel.app
Open it from the icon from now on
The teal OT Notes icon is now on your home screen with everything else. Tap it and the app fills the whole screen — no address bar, no tabs.
Sign in once from that icon and it stays signed in.
The microphone works more reliably, the screen doesn’t jump around while you’re dictating, and there’s a lot less to tap through between a session ending and the note being saved.
- No “Add to Home Screen” in the list? You’re not in Safari. Open the link in Safari and try again.
- Signed out inside the icon? The home-screen app keeps its own login — just sign in once there.
- Something looks stale? Tap Resync in the top bar to clear the cache and reload.
- Want it gone? Press and hold the icon → Delete. It removes the shortcut, never your notes.
